    actually, if you had already started the MD when it was free you should be able to continue for free as well. at least that's how it's for me

    yes thank you, but the support just wrote that the microdegree infrared to red, now was converted into a paid version??? I do not understand. You know it say "this microdegree is free" why suddenly it is not, I do not understand?

  Hi Teresa. You can contact support at support@geniusu.com. Have you tried signing out and then signing back in? Not that it's a solution to every problem, but it does eliminate some of the obvious gremlins.
