What I've experienced here is a waste of a lot of money. I asked for my money back and got an extension of time. But I emailed back to say that I preferred a part refund & haven't heard anything. What sort of customer service is that? I'm not impressed. What is your experience building community?

    Hi Felton Reichel. I am sorry that you feel this way. I have looked at your profile and the posts you have made here on GeniusU. You have not posted since November last year, however despite saying that you have found the community to be unresponsive, I can see that your posts have received responses and interaction from several members. The program you are part of consists of access to Mentor-level features here on GeniusU as well as Roger's live webinars and importantly, the ability to develop a direct mentoring relationship with Roger via the Genius Entrepreneur Mastermind Q&A sheet. As with all programs and online communities, your ability to benefit from it and grow your community and business is dependent on your own interaction with it and use of it. I notice you haven't used the Q&A sheet at all and so haven't received any mentoring from Roger, and beyond the initial posts back in Oct/Nov you haven't interacted with the community. If you do use the valuable features that are available to you I'm sure you will find, like many members do, that the opportunities to network and grow are significant. There are a number of resources available to you to help you navigate the platform and make the most of your membership and the benefits that it can bring. I am always happy to support you and I emailed you in detail some time ago giving you a link to book a one-to one call with me to receive as much support as you would like. I would like to see you getting the most from your membership as an active and happy member of the community and as I say, I am here to support that. Your membership is a 12 month commitment and I believe this has been communicated to you by several team members.     The second part of your Q: "What is your experience building community?" - I can only answer for myself - and as you can see, I have built this circle with +44,000 members (over a few years), and "all it took" was engagement - not as much as I could wish for, from the members - but as long as I do not give up, its alive :-) + I feeds my business with new clients on a regular basis, so the cost of the membership here, for me, is not even as much as it would cost me in advertising I´m sure!

cont.. I didn't join to do training as I have several courses that I'm already doing. I joined for the community. I'm building an amazing community here in Auckland at no cost eg from a neuro scientist who is helping with scientific research to an IT guy who can help with creating an app.

    It seems like you have deleted one of your posts, which I answered, so I´ll repeat it here; "Sorry to say so, but I just went through your profile, and it doesnt seem like you have been especially active/responsive yourself - so like with all other situations in any form of community / connections between people, you will need to put in some effort yourself, to be able for others to give back :-)"

I'm feeling very disgruntled with GU. I put a lot of time and effort when I first joined into connecting with people but it's been extremely non-responsive. I joined because it was touted as this amazing community that I could be connected with. (not enough space to finish my post).
