@101HowToUseGeniusu Profile setup pages include an "Autoresponder". Usually these allow customization for names etc. How do we customise this on GeniusU?

    Usually Autoresponders include some relevant information from the sending person (like their name for example). setting this up usually requires creation of a template with special codes (eg. *|FNAME|* in Mailchimp incorporating the name of a specific person in the template)

    @Tina, hard to explain with so few characters available in a comment... This is probably not a 101 post; Visit Profile Settings and scroll down, you will find a box titled "Autoresponder"
