    OK well I'm leaving this circle now as I don't like the leaf being on my profile, I believe it still has certain connotations in peoples minds so will re-join when there's something more appropriate like a needle or a champagne bottle :D

    That’s right many people found Cannabis for recreational use, pain killers as safe. Actually, there are two type of chemical compound in Cannabis THC and CBD. THC Tetrahydrocannabis (is intoxicating), found in glands of marijuana plant. CBD Cannabidio does not produce any psycho active effect, Cannabis strains that hold highly medical value. Nevertheless, Cannabis use can be harmful it is depend on how often, how much and how young they start using Cannabis. Using too often can become ill and addictive to medication

    Hi Cindy, thanks for the welcome! I've been a non-smoker for about a month now after smoking for 34 years since I was 11! Tried many ways and am now "cheating" as on Champix so I guess the only thing I'm worried about is when I come off these, but the nurse/stop smoking consultant said not to worry about that yet as still got a month at least left then could get an extension, it's just getting used to being a non-smoker and adjusting my life as I am no longer held captive by the addiction, planning my entire life around it lol!

    Surely healthy foods - whether especially healthy for the lungs I dont know, but just the robot voice of the video takes the trust out of it I think !!

    An interesting video but I really balked at the chickens in an indoor, high-intensity farming situation - horrible... :(. Also didn't like the sulphured apricots... Such a pity as what could be a positive message is so jarring that the after-taste is not great!
