Here's my thoughts on INTEGRITY.


I believe that there are key qualities that a leader demonstrates when acting with integrity..
Integrity is an ingredient of connected leadership, and critical in building trust.

🌟Courage – Doing what must be done; what is right – not easy.
🌟Humility – Owning and being honest about what you know and what you don’t know
🌟Vulnerability –emotion experienced in uncertainty, risk and emotional exposure; giving empathy.

The cross over of these qualities result in:

☺️Honesty (vulnerability & humility) – truthfulness, sincerity and frankness
☺️Ethics (humility & courage) – good judgement; wise; sensible, well-advised; ethical; judiciousness
☺️Open-heartedness/openness (courage & vulunerability) – kindness, sharing what you feel and think, being candid; acceptance of or receptiveness to change or new ideas.


Integrity is one of my top values. In fact it is one of my top 2, alongside connection.
It is the value in which other of my values hang off; and it is where I anchor my behaviours.
