We often take things for granted, until they are not there anymore, and then we really miss them. Software is deeply involved in all aspects of our lives; and it is important that this technology empowers rather than restricts us. Free Software gives everybody the rights to use, understand, adapt and share software. These rights help support other fundamental freedoms like freedom of speech, press and privacy.
Every year on 14th of February people around the globe celebrate "I love Free Software" Day #IloveFS. A day to say thank you to all the people behind the amazing Free Software projects out there that make our life better.
