What I admire most about the concept of Formula One racing (and other auto racing sports) is the fact that drivers have a team of supporters around them. The various pit-stops teams, the race chiefs, etc. all contribute to a successful campaign.
I wonder how well entrepreneurs structure their teams in the same way. I'm a personal performance coach and I love working with entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs to get unstuck as quickly and with as little negative impact to the business as possible.
This'll help more people make the transition and ultimately transformation from victims, survivors, workers and players to performers and beyond.
For me, this is crucial if we are to achieve our purpose of economic growth and decent work for all.
